1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MotivUp (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use MotivUp for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.
3. Content Disclaimer
The motivational quotes provided in MotivUp are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for:
- Medical advice
- Psychological or psychiatric consultation
- Professional life coaching
If you have a psychological or medical concern, please consult a licensed professional.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features (Premium) are accessible through a subscription. When you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple account's Subscriptions section.
- You can restore previous purchases (e.g., after a device change) using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We cannot provide direct refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, brand, and compiled content belong to MotivUp. You may not scrape or republish the App's content in bulk.
The motivational quotes in the App are compiled in good faith from publicly available sources and are intended to be limited to expressions considered in the public domain. If you believe any quote infringes your copyright, please contact us at the address below; we will remove the content in question upon notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page; to see the latest revision, check the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
